This notice explains how we measure the use of this website. This site is the Mobiolink showcase; the Mobiolink application itself runs on-premise at the laboratory and is not affected by this.

Demo request

When you fill in the “Request a demo” form, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request and arrange a demonstration.

• Data processed: name, email address, laboratory name and — if you provide them — department, phone number and message.
• Purpose: handling your demo request and getting back to you.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the form's checkbox.
• Recipients: your request is sent to our sales team. The technical delivery relies on Cloudflare (relaying the form) and an email delivery provider.
• Retention: your contact details are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then deleted.
• Confirmation: an acknowledgement email is sent to the address you provide.

Audience measurement with PostHog

With your consent we use PostHog to understand, anonymously, which pages help — solely to improve this website. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

• Processor: PostHog, processing on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). A data processing agreement is in place.
• Data processed: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region (derived from the IP address, not stored), browser/device and — only on a demo request — your stated department and the language.
• Not collected: name, email address, laboratory name or message text are never sent to PostHog.
• Session recording: enabled, but all input fields are masked; the demo request form is entirely excluded from recording.
• Retention: 30 days.
• No advertising, no sale and no sharing with third parties.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Measurement stops immediately.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Belgium: the Data Protection Authority). To exercise these rights: privacy@mobiolink.com.
